Quality, Safety Focused, Good Software and Great Documentation
Purchased this for an aftermarket EV application and completed the install and integration a few weeks ago. The process of installing and integrating was well explained in the documentation, but can't exactly call it easy. This system does its job very well, with a wide range of customization options in the software. The only issue I have with the software is that the process of creating logfiles and inspecting the data coming from the system is somewhat tedius in that you can't save a template and need to select every parameter you want every time, and that the native logfile viewing feature is very sparse. However all that is a secondary function to the core function of monitoring and controlling batteries. Balancing function works well. Harnesses were well made, connectors were all solid and the candapter worked first time without issue. If you're using it in a pack that will need to balance I'd highly recommend using airflow specifically for the BMS. My main issue at the moment is that the balancing heats up the unit so quickly that it can only balance for 5-10 minutes per hour. Overall I would highly recommend this if you have a large, important battery to worry about.
